Cable Guard B Abrasion-Protection Tubing

R&M Cable Guard B is UV-stabilized polyethylene tubing that provides abrasion protection around utility and telecommunications cables. The standard Cable Guard B is unsplit and should be placed over the cable before termination.

Black tubing is available in multiple inside diameters to accommodate different cable sizes. Select the inside diameter to provide the required fit and movement without unnecessarily compressing the cable.

For applications that require installation around an existing cable, use an appropriate split-guard product. For identifiable orange fibre optic applications, see Fibre Optic Guard.
